Our Team
Road 2 Redemption was founded from empathy, purpose, and lived experience. Through our transitional housing program, we are dedicated to providing safe housing, life skills support, and a compassionate environment where individuals can readapt to the community and move forward.

A 2017 graduate of North Carolina Central University with an Executive Master of Public Administration degree, Erica has spent 13 years in the human services field, specializing in NC Medicaid to ensure that North Carolina citizens have access to affordable healthcare. Since 2019, she has extended her efforts to working with the homeless population through a local nonprofit. From a young age, Erica has been passionate about helping others regain self-sufficiency; a dream she has nurtured since the age of 16. Her commitment to positive development and growth, combined with a deep-rooted passion for empowering individuals, led her to create Elevated Designs Stationery Boutique, a business dedicated to helping others flourish.
Antonio Malone
Antonio Malone is a dedicated community advocate who has channeled his extensive skills and training into helping formerly incarcerated individuals reestablish their lives. As a former UNC FIT Community Partner, Antonio was instrumental in supporting these individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and success. Recognizing the critical need for additional transitional housing, Antonio took the initiative to open his own facility to further support this cause. In addition to his community work, Antonio is a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating AM Mobile Detailing and Tranquil Design Builders, where in both he has extended employment opportunities to those currently in transitional living. His passion for helping those in need of a second chance has been a driving force throughout his career
Lashonda Parker
With more than 24 years of experience in the health insurance industry, Lashonda brings extensive knowledge in commercial insurance, Medicaid, billing, benefits coordination, and third-party vendor management. Her background has allowed her to understand the complexities of healthcare systems, financial barriers, and the gaps that often prevent individuals from receiving the support they need. Her passion for helping formerly incarcerated individuals is personal. Having two brothers who have been in and out of the justice system, and being the daughter of a veteran, Lashonda has witnessed firsthand the challenges people face when trying to rebuild their lives after incarceration. These experiences have shaped her commitment to creating paths for second chances. Lashonda also offers Empowerment Coaching for individuals to rebuild their lives with confidence. She has supported individuals in goal planning, overcoming past traumas, strengthening financial literacy, and hands-on skills.
Craig Malone
Craig Malone brings decades of service, leadership, and commitment to his role as Director of Veteran Housing and Support Services. A former Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper and United States Air Force veteran, Craig has built his career on protecting, serving, and advocating for others. Now a retired veteran, he uses his extensive experience to guide and support veterans and reentry individuals on their path toward stability and self-sufficiency.
With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those transitioning out of military service or the justice system, Craig leads with compassion, structure, and purpose. His passion for this work stems from his lifelong commitment to service and the belief that no veteran should ever face homelessness or hardship alone. He is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can heal, rebuild, and thrive.
